LOTW questions

Post by W4GHV »

Without reading the docs, here's a couple questions

1. In the LOTW incoming column we have Requested and No shown for some. If those people eventually get around to submitting their request, do they automatically change to Yes? I've been doing manual searches to do this function.

2. Is it worth the effort or a good idea to go to LOTW and get a complete dump or the QSLs and import it into LOG4OM?

I seem to have reduced my Offline errors by changing Omnirig settings to 2000 & 4000.

The new POTA Chrome extension does a great job of logging to the program and including the park numbers.

If you use the QSL manager as described in the Log4OM user guide and the three YouTube 'Confirmations' tutorials I have provided you can do all of your requests in Log4OM automatically without visiting LOTW website

True, but don´t forget to start TQSL software from time to time to check for availible updates. TQSL and it´s
configuration file should always up to date. Latests is TQSL V2.6.4 and Configuration Data v11.20.
