Add option to configure the QSL print for direct printing the back of QSL, without using label.

I found the way to do this.
Select one label per sheet with dimensions of a QSL card (14 x 9 cm) and the appropriate margins. Select in the printer configuration a similar paper dimensions and the right orientation.
It works.
