Satellite op

I would find it useful that, once you have chosen to operate via satellite with F4, the offset of the VFOa and VFOb were activated.
It would be best to add the mode (SX, UV etc) and offset values in satellites_user.csv, so that the offset is set automatically to the right values by choosing the satellite.

I'll try again... does anyone use LOG4OM with satellite operation?
Also, when using wsjt-x (satellite QO-100) and LOG4OM reads its adif file, it doesn't set sat_mode, sat_name, sat_QSO flags and so on...
Data from the My (F4) tab is ignored even if it does not appear in the read adif file. I expected every unspecified field in the adif file to be filled in.

Ciao Pietro,
it's something we have thought about but we don't have info about standard offsets for all sats in the list, so we're unable to propose a solution, eventually for a small set of sats.
