OK, we must be living in two different realities :) First off I did as you suggested and re-installed 2.10.0.0. Started up Log4OM before applying the award fix and everything in the DXCC/Phone matrix looked pretty normal as shown here:

We will just concentrate on the top line for Canada. Next, I went into Settings/Update Resources/Log4OM awards to load in the updated awards and then brought up the matrix as shown here:

As you can see, it's completely different than before the fix. Those V contacts shown for Canada on 160 shouldn't even appear as they are all FT8 QSO's, not phone.

As I mentioned previously, the same thing is happening with CW QSO's as shown in this pre-fix image:

And after the fix is applied:

So in conclusion, you may have fixed the original problem I wrote about, but the only thing I can see is that you may have introduced a new problem in the process. And just to let you know, I did a complete clean re-install of Log4OM as I deleted everything in the AppData/Roaming/Log4OM2 folder so I had to start from scratch but it still didn't solve the problem of what I'm seeing with the award matrix.

Hmmmm, I just tried to show some pictures using the "Image" tags and they didn't show up. All I'm getting is a Image placeholder without the image actually appearing. The URL's for the images are good.

I'll just go ahead and post them as links instead I guess.

OK, I was able to correct the problem and here is what I did:

Go into Utilities/Award Manager

Double click DXCC award under "Available Awards"

Select "Award configurations" tab

Under "Award configurations" double click PHONE

Select "Extended info"

If you notice, under "Emission" none of the emission types are selected. So I selected PHONE so it was highlighted. Then I clicked on the disk icon to save the Extended Info. Next I did the same for CW, but DIGITAL was OK and didn't need to be changed. For Mixed, I made sure that none of the emissions were checked. After all that was done, I clicked the Disk icon in the upper left to save the whole award.

After that I quit Log4OM, restarted it, brought up the award matrix for DXCC/Phone, and everything looks normal now. Just to make sure, I did another Award update and it didn't seem to bother the award matrix and everything seems to be working OK. I'm not sure if what happened was specific to just me, or it might come back to haunt you again with another user :)
