LOTW & LOG4OM not syncing

Post by wb2bin » 02 Dec 2020, 16:15

I did DXCC application and received 1100+ credits. I then did a download from Log4OM and checked off credited QSL's and it said "slow" and I got the following very fast...Begin FULL ADIF generation request
Login WB2BIN
Begin ADIF download. May take some time...
RESPONSE file downloaded...
Parsing FULL ADIF file...
ADIF FULL document parsed: 5 qso found.
SAVING FULL QSO's...
SAVE COMPLETE
Begin PAPER QSL ADIF generation request
Begin ADIF download. May take some time...
RESPONSE file downloaded...
Parsing QSL ADIF file...
ADIF QSL document parsed: 0 qso found.
LOTW UPDATING STATISTICS...
LOTW END. the above was my second attempt but basically got the same. I went to LOG4OM and went to view, award status, dxcc and nothing had changed in the granted category. I do not know if I did something wrong in LOG4OM, if my credits were downloaded(right now that is what I think) but not sure where to begin to check. I have checked the manual and maybe I missed something there but I thought the download would automatically update award credits. Any suggestions as to where to begin?

Terry,
Yes, I did a re scan but that was not the problem. The problem was even though I had linked DXCC to LOTW it did not go through. I called the ARRL and Kathy took care of it.
