Perm Oblast

Post by F6FLU »

Hello,

As ClubLog clarified, Perm Oblast is now considered European Russia and therefore zone 17 can be either European Russia OR Asian Russia
Log4OM understands that Perm is necessarily Asian Russia...

ClubLog said :

In December 2011 ARRL announced that QSOs with Perm oblast (140/PM), Komi-Permyatsky Autonomous Okrug (141/KP) and Komi oblast (090/KO) count for European Russia, and not Asiatic Russia, except for QSOs before 2011-12-01 that have previously been given DXCC credit for Asiatic Russia.

Hi Daniel,

this is quite difficult to find out from the official RDA list (http://rdaward.org/rda_eng.txt). Do you know which districts from Perm and Komi belong to Europe?
