Hello all,
I am a newbie to the HAM society and just got my TECSUN PL-660 world band radio and SWL license: SP6-01-442.
I'd like to log heard QSO's and looking for the software that is usable now while I am just listening, and later when I get a radio operator license.
All of the logbooks I found online require a radio operator callsign to provide and do not accept my SWL license.
Is Log4OM capable of logging listening reports?
If so what to type in a station and operator callsign?
Thanks for help or advice!
Grzegorz

Re: Usage with SWL license
Hi Grzegorz
actually Log4OM doesn't support SWL logging, as it's something that require a different logic behind.
All statistics and maps starts from the concept that the user station is at center of the system, while in a SWL situation you're listening two different operators potentially far away from your location.
It will also require two different lookups for the stations, and that is not supported
