Is there a limit to how many records you can update at once?

I was looking for a way to see how many states and countries I had worked in a contest that I had a ADIF file for.

Not knowing of a program to do it, I just created a new log in Log4OM and imported the ADIF. I was going to use statistics and awards to tell me.

To do that I think I need to update the info which I did but its kinda hit or miss. I have been trying to update a few at a time because if I do 100 of them at a time they do not all update.

Hope this makes sense.

Rich

PS: If anyone knows a better program, that would be great.

There is no limit on the number but results may vary according to your online lookup service, QRZ & HAMQTH etc and on your subscription level with QRZ

I am biased but I don't think you will find a better program :D

Ha!

I was not talking about a logging program :) I am not switching away from Log4OM as I agree there is nothing better.

But I would love to have an easy way after a contest to see how many countries and states I worked in that contest.

Maybe I am missing an easy way to do that with Log4OM?

Creating a new logfile is easy but the update info is not working well for me. I had to select 10 -20 contacts at a time so it took awhile. I am a QRZ platinum subscriber and use that for lookup.

When version 2 is released you will be able to set an award by date range, individual mode and date range etc etc etc

Update can take some time especially if there is only basic data in each qso because Log4om looks up each call and checks and updates all fields
