LoTW - confirmed download problem

Hi

I'm a new ham (new ish) and i've tried all sorts of logging software - really liking Log4OM - thank you for writing it

Over past 12 months ish i have used all basic functions, uploading to LoTW, eQSL & Clublog no issues - also downloading QSL's from eQSL & LoTW... no issues at all...

I've checked eQSL and the confirmed QSL's are being downloaded without issue, however, LoTW doesnt seem to be downloading the confirmed QSL's and editing the logbook with a received date...

So, i've updated Log4OM again and TQSL but it still doesn't seem to be downloading QSL's from LoTW...

I passed my Full UK Licence at the end of August 2016 looking at the confirmed QSO's received from LoTW its doesnt seem to be collecting the ones for my new call...

Any ideas how i can collect them - like i said upload is fine but getting the confirmed ones back down its not happening

Invariably a failure to download is due to password issues, TQsl is not involved in the download process only the upload routine

Your user name and password for downloads are the same as you use to login to the LOTW website but please be aware that special characters like $£&@! In either will cause the download to fail

Thank you so much for your super quick reply... i have checked the PWD and when i hit the download it only finds my previous 2U call QSO's

So - i know its me thats messing up - did some more digging around and noticed i had added my 2U call to "My call (opt)" in the settings thinking this was where i would put a previous call.... not so - DOH! putting my 2U here made the download limit just the 2U qso's to be downloaded
