LOTW Up/Download Buttons Missing

Post by W4ATX »

I am just setting up version 1.38.0.0 and have run into a roadblock. The manual shows two very prominent buttons in the QSL Mgmt screen at the far right-hand side of the green bar. My installation does not have these buttons. Did I miss some critical step in the setup procedure? (I have fully populated all of my LOTW info on the external logs screen.)

Any ideas?

Did you have hit one of the Tabs eQSL, LotW or Clublog ? If not you won´t see those two arrows.

Argghhhh! I just *thought* I had filled out all LOTW info. I had not included my TQSL private pw! Maybe this will help someone else in the future!

OK...further clarification: I was clicking the "Search" radio button in QSL Mgmt, thinking that this was what I needed. While it *did* allow me to find my QSOs that had not been uploaded to LOTW...picking "Search" makes the up/download buttons disappear. I don't understand why this would be the case but at least I know now what I was doing. It was NOT my missing PW.
