Log4OM

Would appreciate some help, been trying to figure out what I am doing wrong for some time!
Lotw upload is working fine.
I don't seem to be getting very far on the download though.
I have attached a screen short
I have tried several paswords, I assume the correct PW would be the one I use to log into LOTW ?

Any help would be appreciated

Set log4om to trace mode in help menu, try another download and look at the Log4OM log file, you should see an error message

I follower your suggestion and used the Trace mode. I see what looks like two messages. First on contains the PW that I use for logging into LOTW, not sure what the rest of the report is telling me.
Perhaps you could shed some light on it.
