At ADIF imported QSO-s the country is not recognized

Post by ha5nx »

Dear All,

I have imported an ADIF log - after a contest for which I used other application - and at most of the QSO-s the country is not recognized based on callsign.
As you can see on the attached picture, for the country is recognized for some of the QSO-s but for most of them not. The problem is not with the callsign, because if I begin to enter a new QSO with that callsign, the software recognizes the country.

Image

And the not recognized countries are also not shown in the "Statistics and awards" menu as worked countries - if they were not worked before on the band already.

Of course I can one all the QSO-s one by one and enter the country - but for more than 200 QSO-s I would like to find a more "comfortable" solution.

Thanks for any help in advance,
73!

You failed to state which contest program the ADIF was created in, however send me the contest log ADIF file by email and I will check it to see what happened

Hi

I imported it using the menu option: File -> Import ADIF
The version of Log4OM is 1.41.0.0

There were no error report during the import, but - as you can see on the screenshot - at most of the QSO-s the country is not recognized

I was thinking about trying to import them again but I was afraid of getting doubled QSO-s

Then you posted in the wrong forum, this is the version 2 forum, I will move the thread!

I tested with version 2 and it all works fine

Best thing you can do is an update of those QSO's in QSO manager, see version 1 user guide for how to do that.

Version 1 is only on maintenance, why have you not updated to version 2?
