fldigi activates microphone

Hello,

I connected a FTDX3000 via USB to the Computer.
On LOG4OM I use CAT via OMNIRig and start the LOG4OM Communicator.
On the Transceiver I set Menue 065 MODE CW PC KEYING to DTR and in OMNIRig Settings RTS high, DTS high.
when I push the field PTT in the upper menue at LOG4OM or when I send a message in fldigi the Transceiver goes to TX, but activates the microphone instead of the "data" channel.

Where do I have to look, what cabn I try to get digital transmissions running?

Hi Jorg, we need support from someone with DX3000...
first of all: are you aware that Omnirig author often update his omnirig ini files without updating the main program setup?
I suggest you to download INI files as a separate package from omnirig website and refresh your own INI files

I downloaded the newest ini files - still have the same Problem.
It would be great to get someone here using the ftdx3000 with Log4OM and fldigi.
We could compare the Settings.
If I push the PTT buttom in Log4OM s menue should that activate the mic or the data line?
On my config the PTT activates the mic and fldigi also.

Hi Jorg,

I don't have a 3000, Icom here, but it sounds like you need to be in a data mode, or in your rig menu system, tell it that the PTT is coming into a port on the back of the rig, not the mic. Also, not sure why you are pressing the PTT on Log4OM. Fldigi should engage PTT when it transmits.
