Hi.
I'd like to generate a list of NPOTA contacts I've made but are not yet confirmed. What is the best way to accomplish this?
I'm looking for exchange info: callsigns, date/time, freq, mode and RSTs so that I can follow up with op.s that I still need confirmation with. Hopefully a list I can export or print would be nice.
Thanks,
Mike

It depends how you saved the NPOTA references?KA4CDN wrote:Hi.

If you used our awards manager then there are two ways of generating a list and a method to print labels
1. By using statistics and awards and saving to CSV file produces this report
2. By using the QSO archive manager 'Search Parameters' as below
Can produce this report as a csv or an ADIF file
Alternatively you could use our QSL Manager - Print Labels in a similar manner to print label's for QSL cards to be sent to the unverified NPOTA stations
However if you recorded the NPOTA references in a different way like using the comments or notes field a different approach is required

Well that is embarrassing! I'd been saving the 'Export to CSV' file all along but never opened it assuming it was just a check list similar to what is shown in the "Statistics and awards" window.
Awesome. Thank you.

Question -
Where are the 'Saved Searches' stored; in a file or in the database? Is there a way to save them in case I accidentally deleted some (like I just did!!)

in an xml file in your configuration but it is encoded so of no use to a userKA4CDN wrote:Question -

However there is a save and load button and a drop down to select a saved search so you don't need the actual file

Thanks.
Right but I didn't understand the big - button and clicked it several times deleting saved searches. I've done that a couple of times now. Perhaps a confirmation "Are you sure?" would be nice there.
