I have been using log4om with my old call and had no problems using it with Log4om, I followed the instructions. I understand how it works that is why I am asking for help. Yes this was more informative. I will go back and check everything once again. Thank you.
Merry Christmas, Happy New Year.

I believe the trick you are missing is importing the cert into TQSL and then ensuring that LOG4OM has the updated call sign and station location information to match the new cert

I have found the file its a tq6 file. It will not operate under OS. Thats the message I get. I even saved the tqsl twice and linked it as the excitable path with no luck. I tried all different combinations on temporary file and execution path. It will work via my old .exe path under my old call sign. I had no problem when i used windows 7. Very disappointed. Ill keep trying. Anymore ideas. I like the program and would not want to use another.

Thanks. 73

QRZ does not use the TQSL program located on your computer it uses the P12 file which is a certificate copy to upload to LOTW

Please post the following screen shots here.

1. The TQSL 'Call sign certificates' tab which displays your tqsl certificates

2. The TQSL 'Station Locations' tab

3. The Log4OM Options/External Logs tab

Is Log4OM running with administrator privileges as detailed in our user guide pages 19, 20 & 21 and also page 1 of our Log4OM Quick start guide?

You cannot run a TQ6 file this is why you get the error message, it has to be imported into TQSL as I said in my other post

In TQSL try "Load call sign certificate" as in my screenshot several posts ago!
