Database identification

I know I have asked for this before, and each time a new version is announced I hope it has been incorporated, but so far, no luck.
Please, please, please can we have the name of the database that is in use shown in letters/numbers the same size as 'PTT' along the same line on the right hand side of the window or on the top menu line. i.e. 'G15ABC'; or if that is not possible on the right of the Function key line (F7,8,9,10,11) so there can be no mistake which database is in use.
When juggling multiple databases, if I minimise Log4OM from a window then bring it up again, the details of the database in use on the bottom line (which is small and shows the full path) has disappeared and this causes mistakes and frustration having to go back and make corrections.
