I thought I had my bandplan file (bandplan_r1.xml) straightened out so that cluster spots would show up with the correct mode. This afternoon proved me wrong and I don't understand why at this point. The spot is for OU5U in Denmark on 7147.0. He is clearly inside the Extra Class Phone band but the Mode says "Digital". Here is my config for 40M.
<BandPlanRange>
<Band>40m</Band>
<Start>7000</Start>
<End>7040</End>
<BandUpperLimit>false</BandUpperLimit>
<EmissionType>CW</EmissionType>
<ModulationType>USB</ModulationType>
</BandPlanRange>
<BandPlanRange>
<Band>40m</Band>
<Start>7040</Start>
<End>7060</End>
<BandUpperLimit>false</BandUpperLimit>
<EmissionType>DIGITAL</EmissionType>
<ModulationType>USB</ModulationType>
</BandPlanRange>
<BandPlanRange>
<Band>40m</Band>
<Start>7125</Start>
<End>7300</End>
<BandUpperLimit>true</BandUpperLimit>
<EmissionType>PHONE</EmissionType>
<ModulationType>LSB</ModulationType>
</BandPlanRange>
Thanks for the help!

Re: U.S. Bandplan revisited
