I am using LOG4OM ver 1.40.0.0. with WSJT-X. With FT4 contacts WSJT-X logs the contact as FT4. Log4OM logs the contact as msfk8. I checked modelist and it shows FT4;FT4;MSFK;FT4. Thank you in advance for our help

Re: FT4 logs as MSFK8
You should see FT4 in the mode shown by Log4OM, then it should be exported as MFSK/FT4 as MODE / SUBMODE in ADIF records.
Where did you see MFSK8? main Log4OM UI? Can you export one of those QSO into an ADIF and post here the result?

Re: FT4 logs as MSFK8
I do not know how to export the adi file.
I have attached the WSJTX log text file. It shows that the FT4 contacts as FT4. When these FT4 contacts are logged in LOG4OM log, the mode shown in LOG4OM recent QSOs is MSFK8 and this is what is sent to LotW.
The ultimate goal is to have LotW show a FT4 contact as FT4.
Thank you for your help

ADIF from WSJT-X looks o.k. !
Please check the configuration folder. If yo find a modelist_user.csv please delete this. All xxx_user.csv
files overriding the original ones. Could be possible you created one in the past when a new mode was
coming up.

Re: FT4 logs as MSFK8
I found two EXCEL files, ModeList_user. One is dated 8/12/2017 and the other 10/13/2017. Should these files be deleted?
Thanks for your help,

Re: FT4 logs as MSFK8
Yes .... All ModeList_user files. You have an original ModeList.csv. (take a look for this first)
In the newer original files we have all modes implemented which
are active. Including FT8, FT4, T10 and others.

Daniele and Juergen,
PROBLEM FIXED. Verified ModeList.csv exists. Deleted the two files, made a couple of FT4 contacts and they logged correctly. Thank you both for all your help. I'm so glad I picked LOG4OM. Your support is fantastic.
