Cluster Alert is not working anymore

Hi,

running V2.3.0.0 on Win10 v 1909 using Omnirig with IC7300.

I used cluster Alerts starting in Version 2.0.0.0 and later, it worked fine. I was using it in V1 for many years.
Now since version 2.3.0.0 it did not work anymore, no sound and no Red Attention Dot anymore.

I changed sounds added new calls for the allert, saved the settings. Also after a restart of Log4OM cluster alerts are not working.

I am duplicating this problem.
Settings->Alarm configuration: I entered a single station callsign in the Call/Dxcc Callsign list. Checked as active. No other settings. Status is Green. Saved and exit

Then in the Telnet cluster I sent a simulated SPOT for the callsign I entered in the alarm callsign list. I see the spot in the Cluster (F8) yet no Alarm indicator (I don't have sound configured).

Running 2.3.0.0 and no experience with prior versions.

I just did an additional test in previous versions:

in Version 2.1.0.0 cluster alerts are working fine
in Version 2.2.0.0 cluster alerts are also working fine

in Version 2.3.0.0 cluster alerts are not working anymore, no sound and no red dot

I tried few times with spot simulation, but no alerts..

Could be same problem as I had... Alarms doesn't work if you run program as "Admin".

Mike, Terry told me that the simulated Spot is not currently working for testing the alarm.

Also note that the alarm for new ones is not based on a confirmed QSO but on worked. So once you have worked a country it will not alert anymore. I am hoping they change/fix that or give us the option. I want to continue to receive alerts until I have LOTW confirmation.

I use cluster alerts for specific calls, like DXpedition calls, when this call was reported in the cluster I heard the alarm tone and the red dot was visible.
since version 2.3.0.0 it does not work anymore.

I confirm that. I've tried to use cluster alerts for specific call. It was not simulated, but real spot. Alert didn't work.

do me a favour, please check out for the next release. In awaiting of V2 a lot of guys have
preferred an earlier rollout of V2 as planned. Means not all is implemented. Lele iis working
hard to catch some new errors but he´s a working man which has a family and not the time
to realise all within seconds. So please stay tuned for the next releases of V2 and tnx for
using V2.

I'm not asking for new functionality!
I have every understanding and respect for the developers of this wonderful software.
Since the release of V 2.0.0.0 I've reported 2 bugs. These are fixed in the next release, perfect!
As of version 2.0.0.0 I started using as much functionality as possible and testing it to help the developers find possible bugs.
This cluster entry is about a bug that was introduced in version 2.3.0.0 in previous versions the cluster Alerts worked fine.
I am not asking for new functionality at all, but report that existing functionality in the last release is no longer working, in order to help the developer.

Seit der Veröffentlichung von V 2.0.0.0 habe ich 2 Fehler gemeldet, die in der nächsten Version behoben werden, perfekt!
Ab Version 2.0.0.0.0 begann ich, so viel Funktionalität wie möglich zu nutzen und zu testen, um den Entwicklern bei der Suche nach möglichen Fehlern zu helfen.
Bei diesem Cluster-Eintrag geht es um einen Fehler, der in Version 2.3.0.0 eingeführt wurde. In früheren Versionen funktionierten die Cluster-Alerts einwandfrei.
Ich bitte keineswegs um neue Funktionalität, sondern berichte, dass die bestehende Funktionalität in der letzten Version nicht mehr funktioniert, um dem Entwickler zu helfen.
