If it was me I would try to go https://lotw.arrl.org/lotw/login and verify your password that you have in Log4OM settings/external Services/LOTW.

When you upload it uses ARRLs TQSL program so don't know if the passwords are handled differently.

But certainly worth a check.

Claude,

Double-triple check your logins and passwords. No special characters are allowed. See Page 79 of the current User Guide.

Also ... make sure the Temporary Path is filled in at: Settings / Program Configuration / External Services / LOTW

Screen clip below is of my configuration.

Claude,

Need a lot more information than that.

Is/was your database open with your log?
Did you see a listing of your recent QSOs in Tab F7 on the Main UI?
Or are you referring to the LOTW data?

You need to provide more details before we can get to trouble-shooting this problem.

What version of Log4OM are you running? Help / About The 4-digit Version number is just above the Welcome message button.

What version of O/S are you running on your PC? Are there any other programs running or just Log4OM V2?

If you can take any screen clips and upload those with your reply that will also be of very good help.
