Change cluster spot message auto population text?

Is it possible to change the auto populated message text when sending a spot to the cluster?

Obviously you can manually delete the text each time and enter something else but I can't find a setting to turn off or change the locator<>locator text that is automatically entered in the box each time.

No it's automatically populated
