Unknown failing connection attempts in log

Just a little annoyance for me, but surely something isn't working as expected.
My log reports failed connections attempts, while having clusters and chat disabled:

Programm tries to open a TCP connection to 209.59.197.104.bc.googleusercontent.com, ports 18260++ (likely a Google cloud service)
Sadly the log won't tell me what connection fails exactly even with trace logging, I suspect some scheduled updating fails..
