EDIT Screen on recent QSO's

Hi
I have a friend that is using the latest version of Log4OM.
When he goes to double click on any recent QSO's to edit the contact.
The edit screen will NOT appear?
We re installed the prog but it did not change anything still will not bring up that edit screen.
What could be the problem ? has he clicked something in the Config file?
Any suggestions would be appreciated thank you.

Works fine here so I suspect its something related to his rodent operation in Windows
