USA-CA refs. problem

Hi all,
i had a QSO with W4ZYT Donald F Lynch, Jr operating from Virginia Beach City County in Virginia State.
When I choose USA-CA Award in the references I don't find VA-Virginia Beach City County.
I'm using LOG4OM2 v.2.23.0.0
Any suggestions?

Yes add it manually as you would for a missing SOTA or IOTA ref - See user guide

Virginia Beach is an independent city. For CQ magazine USA-CA and Marac awards, it counts for Isle of Wight.
