Good day
I've been trying to learn log4om today - I uploaded a partial adif to get started and have my complete log that needs to be imported. Will the import process overwrite the existing or do I need to delete the current log?

Re: Import New ADIF
An imported ADIF file is added to the existing data it does not overwrite unless you select to drop the existing data
If the import ADIF contains the same QSO's as in the database they are not imported (Ignored)
So a matching call, date, start time, band, mode etc is seen as a duplicate and does not match the 'Unique' criteria of a new QSO
Always create a backup before playing with Data

How do I drop the data? I need to start over...The learning curve has taught me, however.

Don,
There is a 'tic box' option on the ADIF Import screen.
