Hi My send spot is not working . I have had no problem until the start of this week.
The Green button next to the globe is ok and the cluster and cluster server are green.
When I click on the orange spot button the LOG40M 2V at top of page goes black and the dropdown box does not
appear . Any suggestions as to how to fix ???

Might be hidden behind something or on another monitor?

Have done a clean reinstall and still unable to send spot.

Are you registered with a cluster? this is done via email
and is the cluster that your registered to set as the 'Primary' cluster in the telnet set up?

Still having this problem. I do note that in cluster management it says im connected which is greyed out and I have one pri active server but I dont see anything in Known servers. See attachment.
Also is the Export ADIF function been disabled as I dont seem to be able to save a file to .adif

Make sure this box is checked in config and restart Log4OM then you should have a full list. Try another cluster ansd see if you can send spots
Also is the Export ADIF function been disabled as I dont seem to be able to save a file to .adif
This is probably a Widows security issue because its working fine, however where EXACTLY are you trying to save an ADIF file from in Log4OM?

Clicking on the show stable cluster box fixed the known servers search . Thank You

Have you tried a different cluster server
Have you tried a reinstal
Are you sure that your firewall or anti virus is not blocking Log4om?
Sounds like a local instal issue because these issues are not being reported by other users and it works here, both spotting and ADIF export
