No line on world map

Post by W4EBB »

In June of 2021 I submitted a report about no line showing up on the world map (Line from my QTH to contact QTH). Nolan responded that there was a fix but the fix was not yet scheduled to be put into production.

Nearly 18 months later this condition still exists. See attachment.

I would estimate 1/2 time there is a line - the other 1/2 no line!

Is there any hope? I realize this is not the most important item among many changes.

Charlie,

I've noticed that the route line on the 'gray line map' will disappear when the gray line data moves over a span of time.

However the route line on the 'zoom in' map (on the right panel) seems to remain sticky.

Is that what you are now seeing?

Also, as Terry asked ... which version of Log4OM are you currently using?

Charlie,

Tnx. V 2.24.0.0 is available for use as well.

The ticket I created (from your original post) is still pending, but I'm not sure how deep the programming is to maintain the route line on the gray-line map as it shifts.
