Data on cluster are retrieved from LOTW list of active users, as no online search is performed on cluster things when cluster is parsed, so the "LOTW USER" flag in cluster is retrieved directly from ARRL.
The "LOTW USER" on main user interface is retrieved from ARRL LOTW DATA (like in the cluster) AND QRZ/HAMQTH/Other source data. If one of the 2 things is set, the flag is shown
In this case the user has the LOTW FLAG in QRZ, but doesn't upload data to LOTW since one year at least, as ARRL is not reporting his call as active anymore.
Log4OM, in any case, shows what user declared in QRZ/other source but this info can be "not real / outdated"
