How to print QSL via "manager" on lables ?

Hi, i am a noobie Log4OM2 user. Switched from HRD few days ago. Still trying to figure it out. I managed to make it print labels but still am not able to force it to print QSL VIA info on lables.





The only way to get it on label is to chose "manager" instead of a "bureau" (though the QSL will be sent via the bureau) and then type manager's call in the manager window. That seems to be irrational as QSL VIA = manager... That is the idea of QSL VIA to state via whom shall a qsl be sent ... who is the manager.




So, is that the proper way to have QSL VIA printed on lables and "QSL Via" field in the QSO logging window has no purpose or am i doing it all wrong?

You have two choices in the routing and also the print dialogues

Manager DCT - This is for when you mail the card direct to the managers address and it will print a label for that managers address

Manager - This is for when you are sending a card to the manager using the Bureau (No address label required) but marking the QSL label that the card is routed to the managers call sign by the Bureau

The box on the left QSL via is just an information box for user

I can not get the address label for Manager DCT (direct) to print. I am trying to a card for CE0Y/EA5KA. When I select the log entry and go to Routing, QSL Via is set to VIA BURO OR DIRECT and Bureau button is green.

How do I set the QSL manager info? He states his manager is EA5KA. If I enter that into the 'QSL Via' box it doesn't help. I can't enter it into the field left of MANAGER. I have a QRZ XML subscription.

So no matter what I do, if I select the "Manager DCT' option and click QRZ.com, nothing gets filled into the MANAGER Address field.

If I enter the Manager's address (EA5KA's that is) into the MANAGER Address field and press the green check mark to move on to the Print dialog, I get an error saying the Manager Address can not be blank.

How do I make this work? There isn't much information in the User Manual (Updated: 23/03/2023 9:15 PM).
