CAT Control Setting Gone After Closing Program

We have a three computer setup using a shared MySQL DB running the latest version of LOG4OMv2. Each computer is connected to a different radio using different setting. We are using Hamlib for the CAT. We can setup the CAT and it works. Close the program, and try it again for the next use all the CAT settings are lost, this happens on all three stations. This seems like a bug as its happening on three different machines, but at the same time could this be something related to the shared DB? Looking for assistance on this.

I can try that on those computers, but I don't see the same issue on a set of computers sharing a LOG4OMv2 DB using SQLite and using Hamlib.
