How can I see my QSO's in several clusterwebsites?

Post by PA3ETM »

Hi I'm using Log4OM for long time and I'm very happy with this program. My logs are automagically going to QRZ.com and other databases. What I can't find is how to configure the software so that when I log a QSO I can find it in several Cluster websites. I use DXFUN, DXHeat, WebDX and DX-Summit.

There is no function for an automatted cluster spotting. Think the cluster owners are not very amused when a logger spots each
contact automatted to the cluster. As example, you call CQ and a DX is answering, if the QSO will be logged the DX will be spotted
in your own used frequency. If guys search for the spotted DX they will not find it. That makes no sense and is a kind of self spotting.

Adding to what Juergen advised ... virtually all clusters are linked to some degree and this due to the WWW.

Case in point is that I use the ve7cc-1 cluster or one of Lee's associated sites for my installation. When I spot a call (and I certainly don't spot ALL my QSOs) on ve7cc-1 within moments that same spot will appear in DXSummit and DXHeat.

I was working an event yesterday (stateside - USA) and also had DXHeat and DXSummit running as I just wanted to observe them during the event. As I posted a particular spot on ve7cc-1 it was not much more than the blink of an eye that the same spot appeared in the other clusters.

I found the problem. The VE7CC cluster was not on priority. I changed and it works now perfect.
Keep on going with Log4OM. Tnx.
