Hi Daniel,
I usually enter all the information I have when I enter a new QSO, directly under "Award Refs.". When I get a QSL card, I additionally add the missing information printed on the QSL card. This is definitely the most reliable way to do it, and I never had any problems with missing data/reference numbers. If you can see the award information in the left box under "Award Refs.", you're on the safe side.
Regarding the Worked all Ukraine award, not sure if this information is still valid. But with only 27 entries, it should not take too long. Will have some time mid of August, I put it on my list.

Re: Settings Russia award
Hello Claus
yes it works for QSOs which do not pose problems but not for others
the problems are with the RDA
for example you always have PERM defined as Asiatic Russia in L4OM while PERM is Europa Russia (see my detailed item on the subject without answer elsewhere)
so if you receive a QSL card from PERM you will see that it is European Russia and not Asiatic Russia so you can put an RDA like PM-01 without problem except that the DXCC will not be correct and will remain Asiatic Russia
you have to change in the RDA award to put all the PM-xx as European Russia what I do by creating an RDA_user.xml
same for CQ zones PERM is in CQ zone 16 and 17 so you have to add 17 which I also do
I always type the RDA in the comment field and it works very well

Re: Settings Russia award
Hi Dan,
It does not matter which page I check (RDA Awards, ADIF, ...) - the prefix for PM is always UA9F, which is Asiatic Russia.
Check here:
So I'm wondering what is correct - I only can follow the official lists...
By the way, I checked my log and e.g. found a contact with UA9FBH from Berezniki (PM-09) which was valid for Assiatic Russaia for my DXCC.
