Ah, Terry, no, I'm not sure JTAlert is not uploading before Log4OM. I'll investigate that and post what I find.

Terry, thanks for your very helpful suggestion.

I indeed found that JTAlert was sending the QSO to eQSL. I disabled this option, and now Log4OM is apparently NOT automatically uploading the QSO to eQSL, even though I have the "Automatic Upload on New QSO" item checked in the settings for eQSL. After several minutes after completing a QSO, I can successfully manually complete the upload with no duplicate warning from eQSL, so I know that the User, Password, and QTH Nickname are all correct and the QSO is not being automatically uploaded.

Integrating all of these software packages is indeed maddening, but do you have any other suggestions as to why Log4OM is now not automatically uploading the QSO's to eQSL?

You need to activate the upload in the incoming connections for UDP, check user guide for instructions about the UDP settings

Got it, Terry. I went into the UDP Inbound connections and found that I didn't have the "Upload QSO" option ticked. Once I ticked it, all is good in the Log4OM world now.

I had my eQSL's set up to automatically upload to eQSL, I think I will uncheck that box to give me time to confirm my QSO entry, and to confirm those that are not using eQSL. Thoughts?
