Hello Stefan,
Maybe already solved, but here's my story.

I've had this too. This was also the case with version 2.30.1.0.
Now with the new version 2.32.1.0 I have this too.
Fortunately, I have a backup (not all days are in it, but still a lot) so I can restore it.
You have to create a completely new log. eg DH1VZ.sqlite in your documents.

But before you do this, you can check if you have a backup log in C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\Log4om2\Backup
There you should see, for example: DH1VZ_date_hourtime_backup.sqlite or something similar.
This way you can still get a lot of your qso's back.
You can continue to use that backup log and add your other qso's via ADIF or add it manually from another program such as your qso's from QRZ.com.
