no longer downloading QSL cards

Due to a dead Pc I had to reload Log4Om2 onto a new Machine Copied Config, ADIF and attachment (QSL Cards) files across. Everything is working fine except It wont download New QSL keep saying file already exists skipping, when it hasn't downloaded them. Settings on QSL manager the same as before.
How can I resolve this. Any help appreciated I'm new to this. Not sure if its because a flag has been set on the record
Even if I have to delete and reload

Are you sure they dont already exist in the attachments folder?

All the ones I copied across after rebuild show up in the attachment tab in each callsign. all new callsigns which have been logged after reload on my 1st instance to try and download they say skipped

OK I set up a pc with that version and download works fine for eqsl cards

I suggest that you rename the attachments folder as attachments old and then reinstall log4om over the existing installation.

The card downloads should now work.

Once you happy it works OK do another download using a start date equivalent to the date your licence was issued, this will ensure that you have all of the cards

However if you have a large number of qso's that will take a long time so be patient

Hi

Thanks for your help I think I've found what problem is
I have passed my intermediate RSGB exam and my callsign has changed.
It was registered with eqsl and attached to my account.
When I coied the config across the external connection was still pointing to previous callsign hence skipping everything.
I have changed settings to point to new callsign and ran qsl manager again and success its now downloading 200 qsl cards all new calsign.
Sorry to not see this and waste yr time.
