HRD logger import errors

I borrowed a copy of my buddy's HRD log and imported into Log4OM, in hopes he will switch over,
However there were many errors, with countries', zones, etc being changed in many cases.

What's going on? I'm not going to mess up his giant DXCC collection!

Help appreciated.
