LoTW and Clublog

Post by F6EXV »

Hi all
I am the QSL manager for TX7N.
I get OQR from Clublog, and direct requests get immediate LoTW upload. This is achieved directly within Clublog.
I have the adif file of all these QSOs uploaded already.
How can I mark these as uploaded within Log4OM , so that, at a later date when the full log is uploaded, these are not uploaded again ?
Thanks + 73

Do it in QSL manager by selecting the QSO's that Clublog has uploaded to LOTW and marking them sent=Yes

Terry
There are over 5,000 QSOs ... I do not want to have to select them all one by one...
I keep thinking about this, but have not come up with a solution...

Terry,
Filter what ?
I have the adif file of the calls that requested a direct card on Clublog.
I need to transform that in Log4OM so that these calls are indicated as LoTW sent.

If and when I download within Log4OM from Clublog, what isd actually downloaded, and what is the "marking" of this download ?
Problem is I need to work with a Clublog file (or adif) and cghange e LoTW setting for these QSOs.
How can I do that ?

If your using a file generated by another source you should use ADIF master to ensure that the CORRECT 'Station call sign' is recorded for those QSO's

Then when you have imported the EDITED file to Log4OM use a filter as I described above to sort just the calls with that SPECIFIC 'Station call sign' in the QSL manager

Once filtered so then mark the Confirmation status according to your requirements

The LOTW download file updates the confirmation received status for matched QSO's and also the award credit granted status if applicable and requested.

Terry,
That is not what I want, it looks like I do not explain the problem well enough.
The adif file I have from Clublog is for 1 callsign, TX7N. There is no messing whatsoever in there.
My ADIF file is what I have UPLOADED to LoTW.
So how can I import an adif file (NOT the one obtained from LoTW) so that any callsign belonging to that adif file changes the LoTW UPLOAD flag to YES in Log4OM for that callsign ?

Let's say G4POP sends an OQR on Clublog and wants a direct card. When I download the daily adif files from Clublog, I use TQSL and upload to LoTW. Then I need to mark this QSO as uploaded in Log4OM, despite the fact that this call was not uploaded from Log4OM.
Is this any clearer ?

The answer is depending on if the TX7N QSOs already exist in Log4om?

No because I don't know if the QSOs already exist in log4om?
