Log4OM will not initialize unless run as Administrator

if that happens again:
the PORTABLE version has a /config folder in the ZIP file.
That is the exact content of the \Roaming\Log4OM2\ folder so if the installer is missing something you can get it from there.

The underlying issue is Windows that manages log4OM as a "unexpected unknown application".
That usually got fixed after some hours from the first release, when windows security network see the application running on multiple systems and finally "accepts" the application as valid and safe.
