restore from backup

i need to restore a back up of log4om , I had to do a complete computer restore and now need to restore a backup of log4om. I did a search on how to do this and it says to just open the sql lite file , but I don't see a sql lite file in the back up folder just xml's and adi 's . tried to open one of the adif and now I have noting in the log . what do I do ?

Create a new database and then import the last backup ADIF file that you saved
