Comm Service Confusion

Hello.
Trying to get Comm Services working with FLDigi
I have two systems (stations+computer/QTHs). One works the other does not.

What are the two red/green indicators on the bottom of the main screen relating to Comm Services telling me?

One one station both are Green. I that it as a good thing.

On the second station, one is Yellow, the other Green and there is a red icon that when click says something about starting WCF. But I see the Log4OM Communicator is running (I see the window) and if I go to the Settings->Services it also says the WCF is not running but if I click the Start button I get a pop up dialog that says the COmmunicator is already running! I've gone through the setup a few times following the manual and making sure all the settings match my other station's settings but it is always the same problem.

This sounds like you are not running Log4om or the communicator as an administrator
