sugestion - restart button when changing profile

I just created a second config in Log4OM in order to create logs for an old callsign. One thing that would be useful on the settings "selected config" page is to have a one-click button (or pop-up question) to do an immediate restart when a new config has been selected. This saves stopping the program and restarting it manually. Easy to implement I think and very time saving

as a curiosity, why are you changing your profile so often to have a very time saving? just to understand...

I am slowly entering old paper log info into Log4OM under the newly created profile (for my old UK callsign). When I finish that I change back to my YO call for making any new QSO's.

You are right, this does not need to happen very often. It just seemed to me that a button or pop-up to do a quick restart when changing the active profile would save some time

i understand
Reason for switch missing is that Log4OM saves on user profile almost EVERY configuration option, from external services to CAT, to deeply personalized devices, configs, serial ports...
restarting all services is not easy, because some apps could not properly detect changes, so i decided to take this way.

A workaround could be installing a portable edition pointing to the same database file with your historic settings... so you can easily switch between different programs following your needs
