At this point in time you need to export an ADIF file from Log4OM then use one of the free ADIF to Cabrillo convertors

thank you so much Terry! I thought I would have to enter the whole log again from scratch in another logging program to generate a cabrillo formatted log for entry to ARRL! Did you notice my previous post about using the program in a VHF contest where I change bands and mode frequently on the fly?

Cabrillo is not a standard...
every contest has it's own cabrillo file, so it's impossible to have a "generic cabrillo" export, if you're not using a contest dedicated software
