Cluster highlights worked countries since January 1st

Post by VE3VEE »

Is it possible to set LOG4OM to show me whether or not I worked a country this year? Eg. worked or not worked in 2015?

I would like such a feature.

Terry,

Nice, thanks for letting me know. I'll be looking forward to it.

I have no idea how other logging software products have this feature implemented, but I think I would like this new highlight to be implemented IN ADDITION to the current highlights, meaning I would still like to be able to see all that I currently see, but also I'd like to know my "country's worked" status since the start of the calendar year.

Thanks for all your hard work LOG4OM TEAM and a Happy New Year.

Marvin,
All we will do is add a date range and year choice to the statistics windows

Terry,

I was hoping for a feature that would let me know, just by looking at the cluster window, weather or not I've worked a particular country this year.

:-)

That could be a further progression by setting a date range for the logbook data to be checked against cluster spots.

However none of this is likely to be implemented before Log4om Version 2.0

Terry,

What I'm after is a feature that would let me know, within the main cluster window, whether of not I have worked a country eg. since Jan 1, 2015. (The statistics window would not help me.)

Thanks,

As I said...

This would mean that only QSO's recorded in the date range set would be compared with the incoming spots thereby providing exactly what you are requesting

Yes, and it would be the best (for me anyway :-)) if this feature could be enabled/disabled easily without having to go to various menus > options... Please, see my suggestion of a possible implementation right within the filters:
