Hello,
I've used portable version of LOG4OM for a while, on a 2GB USB stick with W7 machine; suddenly, storing a QSO, I receive a "Disk I/O error" and log became inaccessible; the stick has yet 1.5GB free and seems errorfree to scanDisk. Unfortunately, I had exported only a CSV version of log, so I cannot reload data on a fresh DB; there is some tool to recover/repair the SQLlite DB, before typing everything again ?
Thanks, I2LQF Fabio
P.S. Log and DB File available on request

Thanks for the fast reply, but the email page for your profile's contact does not allow attachments (at least to me
)

Check in the config folder for a folder called backup...

Hello,
@G4POP: file sent to your address, thanks.
@IW3HMH: the folder "Backup" contains a bunch of ".adi" and ".xml" files, aligned, I think, with times of my use of program; how can utilize them ? (P.S. I don't switch to italian language to respect other users/readers)

Re: SQLlite corrupted
File/new database
This will creat a new empty database
Now file/import ADIF and select the adi file in the backup folder with the most recent date
With luck you will have all of your QSO's back

Fine Business !
Acted as suggested by Terry, everything is OK.
Frankly, I missed the hint that .adi means ADIF File
.
Thanks for the strong help, Daniele and Terry

Perhaps you should also set a couple of backups in the options also?
