the NOT responding can be normal. In some cases Omnirig needs more time to go online with CAT communication.
If the NOT RESPONDING is followed by a ONLINE status this is correct and follows the correct behaviour of Omnirig.

Can i have a full log of the events? (private email because some passwords can be shown in the log)

Terry, Problem solved. I deleted everything, did a reloaded then ran compatibility test. Then ran the program in the suggested compatibility settings(windows 7), redid Omni-rig settings (Put them back where they were before)and it's working again. Thanks for all your quick response and very kind help. Sure is nice to have someone to lean on when you screw-up. What a great group and wonderful program. I sure was afraid I'd screwed it up good.

That's a relief Jess! I will sleep tonight now, and I am not joking! Probably something simple but they are usualy the worst problems to unravel.

Surprised that you are running it in compatability mode because there are plenty of us running it in Windows 8, however I can't say I like 8 much prefer Windoze 7

Everything is useful when reported on the forum. Search functions now have a good amount of informations.
Don't worry, continue reporting all your experiences. Sometimes the problems are on your PC (your, or everyone else), sometimes the problems are on Log4OM.
Sometimes computer problem can be solved with a better Log4OM logic :)
