Terry. Can I suggest that some of these ideas are incorporated into the User Manual. In particular your bit on using config.xml. There is little said about the installation of the complete programme on Dropbox or Google Drive.

Yes I will add it to my list but the user guide requires a complete re-write and until we decide if we are continuing in the same format or developing a Wiki for this purpose I am holding off on doing any updates
