Just unpack the portable version anywhere on your PC and start the executable (logomui.exe)

Bill and I tried everything - uninstalled Log4OM, reinstall as Administrator, run as Administrator, set User Account Control to lowest level, Defender off, Log4OM would not run with the Windows 10 Anniversary update. So we rolled back the Anniversary update and now Log4OM runs as it did before the update. Go figure. Bill will wait for the next update, and hopefully that will not break things.

I will do some tests.
New release is compiled with very latest version of .NET development tools.
Maybe this helps, but MS someting did strange things
