No communicator icon in task bar

Win 10 Pro. I've used Teamviewer to fix others problems, but its not currently installed.

I'm going to do some thorough system clean up. Has to be something simple.

Managed to get it to restore using the 'advanced start up' options. Communicator is running again. Now to track down what has been the issue. Logs show that the communicator issue is related to ntdll.dll, but I need to read up more on that.

EDIT Aug 1
Log4OmM running fine, nothing found so far to explain the issue. If it wasn't a Windows update, then presumably a file had corrupted.
