After a month of testing and a special thanks goes to TOM SP2L for guiding me how to install MYSQL, I have loaded my log perfectly to log4om, but it seems due to the log size (470k QSO) it keeps freezing whenever it refreshes or any change takes place, even if I'm running a small pileup on CW it keeps pausing the winkeyer and freezes the log4om. Is this normal?

I have the same problem setting the MySQL server to Log4OM. Only this whole discussion is completely useless because the links to the information are dead and the documents do not exist. So? Is there anyone who can help me please?

Well, amateurs are known to be the worse to read manuals...
See latest Log4OMv2 manual (Log4OMNG_ENU.pdf) dated 04.10.2024, page 257, chapter:
"Installing MySQL-8.0.20 with Log4OM Version 2 by Tom - SP2L".
Use lastest MySQL Community version: mysql-installer-community-8.0.40.0.msi

Hi, thank you for the info. Manual is OK, but the problem is, that I am using MySQL on Synology NAS and can access this. It is a different. I can't find a solution for it...

In your original post you didn't mentioned at all that you have MySQL server running on LAN NAS drive!!!
My "recipe" for installing MySQL pertains to installing & configuring it
on the same OS and drive where Log4OMv2 is running!!!
Again, you didn't described in detail what is the problem.
Just few vague & unclear statements are not enough to help.
Nobody can guess what issue you're facing and support you're seeking
until you write detailed error condition, possibly with screenshots.
Please note that pop-up window with message "Database seems not valid"
appears also in very trivial situations, like for instance
lack of connection to computer running MariaDB server, Hi!!!

So, you can or can not access log4om2 database on your MySQL server?
What do you mean by "It is a different"???
1. What is the Synology model of your NAS drive and what OS it is running?
2. What is the OS from which you're trying to connect to NAS?
3. What are the error messages appearing on the monitor screen?
4. Do you have other databases on this NAS drive?
My suspicion is that your problem is _NOT_ related to Log4OMv2 and/or MYSQL
but rather to proper setup of your NAS server itself.
If yes, than it makes a big difference and you should look for support elsewhere, Hi!
In my understanding you have much different issue that original poster Hamad 9K2HN
reported in this thread in message dated Apr 18 2020.
I run MariaDB-10.5.26 on Debian 11.11, RPi4B with 2GB RAM.
Of course RPi4B is got it's own IP address on my LAN.
I do not have any problems accessing this log4om2 database
from Log4OM 2 v2.34.0.0 application running on desktop PC with W10 22H2.
Last but not least, I can offer my support by means of remote connection using
AnyDesk - well known and secure - for all popular types of Operating Systems.
