Terry got with me on Skype and went through the problem. Turns out the "Tqsl Private Pass" is not needed in my case because it's not one I had set up - but I had no idea whether I had or had not since installing the TQSL program. He also reviewed all the other settings for the various menus and gave a few more tune-ups.
